Abstract


Work flow essential was corresponding, which could assort with every action of business process by reasonable transfer and distribute concerned information resource and human resource. So as to all kinds of business process could, carry through automatically in certain extent, and reach business purpose. In the electric power enterprise, electric power supply enterprise sales management information system is a extra big MIS, with complexity, integration and long-last time. Moreover, Shengli oilfield electric power grid as one of the biggest enterprise grid nationwide, because of the self character about big scale, wide range and distributing, which makes the implement more complicacy, and need to solve many internal harmony problem such as function content and business process, etc.On the basic of introduce workflow management system and power sales system, the thesis has expatiated the system structure and main composing portion of Shengli Oilfield power sales system basing on workflow technology, completed destination six main business process including sales business and electric cost calculating, defined workflow model and storage in database, also realized a graphic procedure modeling tool which makes process defining become easy and facility. In addition, the project designed a workflow engine, to provide executive environment for process instance. So as to overcome the problems of the past working style, improve working efficiency. Such problem as obstacles about information sharing and communication due to management method were divided to different levels and department was separated. Another problem is about process unsmoothed and lost, distort, and delay during information transfer. Solve ultimate problem of business process variety and uncertainty.The thesis is to research the application of workflow technology which would provides visual and mutual function. According to power business process of shengli Oilfield Electric Power Management Corporation, set up business process which is catering for production and operation management reality, and is agreed by electric power specialty, promote definition of production and operation business, and carry on visual of business management and controllable of information process. The workflow project could realize rapid and accurate transaction of shengli Oilfield electric power sales business, upgrade electric power running information level. Finally realize whole network resource Centralized Management, dispatch unify, analyses and statistic, assistant leading decision-making, consequently improve enterprise economy efficiency and social benefit.
