Abstract


The textile and garment industry is one of the highest industry globalization , apparel fabrics exports post-quota era has arrived . After the elimination of quotas , market competition will become more intense . Excessive competitive market conditions , the global textile supply chain structure formed based on the quota system over a long period of time will also be new changes . These changes bring new opportunities at the same time , China 's traditional industries are also facing severe challenges.
