Abstract


Rural land contract and management rights to the establishment of the land owned by collectives and the state on the basis of a fundamental right enjoyed by farmers . The rights of China 's economic system reform to give farmers a right enjoyed more the connotation of that right , inherent characteristics , legal attributes and circulation process some of the issues in controversy . In this paper, the basic theory of property law , described connotation inherent characteristics of rural land contract and management rights , legal property and contractual management rights transfer characteristics , values ??, and the transfer of the legal system defects , targeted solution to promote China 's rural economic development and social stability.
