Abstract


The land is the basic condition of human survival , is one of the most valuable human asset . Under the conditions of market economy , the various factors of production gradually enter the market to become a commodity , to be configured by the market , improve the efficiency of resource use . Land as an important factor of production , of course, is no exception . Due to the constraints of the basic political system of China's socialist economic system based on public ownership , and land reforms in the areas lagging behind , before 2001 , the administrative allocation of land allocation policy to government configuration and an agreement to sell the quasi-market configuration for basic features. Since then, with the growing market mechanisms consolidate and improve the urban land market has also accelerated the pace of reform , gradually entering the stage of the bidding auction to sell as a basic form , the market price for the core market in the allocation of urban land resources . After years of efforts , China's urban land market has made gratifying achievements , but the land bidding auction of the existing problems in the transfer have been exposed .
