Abstract

Suzhou River has a long history, witnessed the changes and development in Shanghai. Suzhou River, the original crystal clear, and a wide variety of aquatic organisms. With the rise of the modern industry and the expansion of the city, from the urban section of the Suzhou River in 1920, a seasonal water quality deterioration, and eventually became a world-famous city polluted river. The Shanghai municipal government attaches great importance to the governance of the Suzhou River, Suzhou Creek Rehabilitation Project was officially launched in 2000. The water quality of Suzhou Creek has been greatly improved with the implementation of the interception works. Endogenous contaminated sediments overlying water release all kinds of organic pollutants, consumption of dissolved oxygen in the water, resulting in the deterioration of water quality even worse. Therefore, sediment dredging is necessary to cure the Suzhou River water quality problems. Suzhou River sediment along the distribution of thickness is generally 1 ~ 2m, and presents two sides thick and thin central convex bank thick, thin concave bank. Suzhou Creek Sediment oxygen-consuming organic pollution, heavy metal pollution along the distribution of the large differences in the vertical distribution of of COD Cr the NH 4 -N as well as heavy metals and other pollutants rendered obvious peak distribution characteristics, and the bottom of the lower, middle, and the surface content tends to decrease. Water column NH 4 -N seriously overweight, D0 is a serious shortage, heavy metal contamination is not general, but the content more than the the Shanghai soil background value several times. Suzhou Creek Sediment reserves 1,453,400 m 3 . The Contaminated Sediments 985,400 m 3 . This thesis is based on the characteristics of sediment pollution, soil quality standards, indicators of biological toxicity Suzhou River, soil background value, with reference to practical experience at home and abroad, and pollution control targets, determine the desired dredged noodles, considering the flood wall security landscape water depth , dredging and other factors to determine the the dredged mud the noodles dredging scale. Suzhou River in the main oxygen-consuming organic pollution, heavy metal pollution, giving the corporations are generally solid waste, non-hazardous waste, but the test analysis report under the tail water, tail water pollutants of COD Cr , NH 4 -N superscalar not vertical, must be a handle to discharge standards. In this thesis, the research on the basis of potential sediment disposal sites, in-depth study of the the sediment dredging process flow and sediment disposal. At present, the domestic and international research on the river and lake sediment pollution control targets and disposal of contaminated sediment is not yet mature. This thesis, scientific innovation, pollution control targets to determine the depth of dredging of contaminated sediment disposal to comply with the requirements of environmental protection, not only to solve key technical problems of the Suzhou Creek Sediment dredging, returned to the domestic and international urban rivers and lakes pollution control useful lessons.
