Abstract


Multicomponent synthesis reaction is to maximize the efficiency of the important means. In this thesis, the main line of green chemistry , the spirit of \novel molecular skeleton - benzothiopyrano [2,3-b] pyridine. The first chapter first summarizes the thioamide compound as a versatile synthon in organic synthesis field of application ; Secondly multicomponent reactions (MCRs), microwave-assisted combinatorial synthesis techniques (MACS) and other green synthesis of solid catalysts methods in Organic Synthesis overview of the application . Chapter II to β-(2 - chloro ) aroyl thioacetamido aniline synthon triethylamine catalyst with Meldrum acid and aromatic aldehydes three component \reported new benzothiopyrano [2,3-b] pyridine derivatives. In this reaction , a total of seven different active sites involved in the reaction , experienced a series of Knoevenagel condensation , Michael addition , cyclization and intramolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction of two new rings ( pyridine ring and thiopyran ring ) , two CC bonds , a CN bond and a CS bond , fully embodies the \The third chapter describes the environmentally friendly KF / neutral Al2O3/PEG6000 successfully under catalytic system to β-(2 - halogen ) aroyl thioacetamido aniline synthon , the use of microwave three component \aldehyde and malononitrile were synthesized another 31 unreported benzothiopyrano [2,3-b] pyridine derivatives. Combined catalyst characterization studies KF / neutral Al2O3/PEG6000 in this reaction may be a high catalytic performance was mainly due to the synergies between the three caused . While the catalyst can be recycled and reused , reducing environmental pollution. Full synthesized 52 new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis , some of the compounds characterized by MS . Four compounds while training the single crystal , through the single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis to determine the target compound precise spatial configuration.
