Abstract


The ship CAD technology forward integrated, intelligent, parallelism, networking, virtualization and standardization direction, the ship design work and processes to achieve a high degree of automation. Ship developed CAD technology can not only improve the quality of ship design, shorten the design cycle, reduce the ship cost, also has great significance for speeding up the research and development of the new ship, accelerate product upgrading and improving shipbuilding enterprises to participate in international competition and the ability to respond . As a long time our users purchase these software extremely expensive countries to adopt standards vary, resulting in the lower efficiency of the software used, will greatly increase the cost of ship design and manufacturing. To this end, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of ship design, development vessel CAD software for our own needs to become a top priority. In this paper, the analysis of the application and the status quo of domestic and foreign ship CAD in ship design and construction methods and CAD software development technology research based on a chemical tanker submitted for review of the overall design of the CAD system, combined with the specific design and shipbuilding specifications program, the last and VB programming techniques and applications, ActiveX technology has developed a set of chemicals to trial design CAD system software. The system mainly consists of information database module of marine equipment, ship turbines specification of program modules and automatically output submittal drawings module subsystems. The main functions: information storage and sharing of marine equipment, ship turbine specification formula, the turbine equipment calculated with the selection, for Marine submittal drawings automatically output. In this issue, the chemical tanker CAD system designed in accordance with the different functional modules alone each subsystem friendly interactive interface design, and in accordance with the purposes and methods of the program code is divided into different modules management. As a result of such a distributed development model, both for programming and integration of the designers, but also can improve the speed and code efficiency in the use of. The issues submitted for review by the actual operation and use developed CAD system designed to greatly improve the efficiency of ship design, to make submittals design time. Different ship some must be manually compiled and drawn still need improvement and human interaction design, database and drawing template files need to be supplemented, the research and development of the system need to continue in the future practical application updates and improved.
