Objective: To investigate the girl idiopathic central precocious puberty (idiopathic central precocious puberty, ICPP) the relationship between age and maternal height; mother menarche explore the The ICPP girl gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs (gonadotropin-releasing hormone analog, GnRHa) before and after treatment of insulin-like growth factor -1 (insulin-like growth factor-1, IGF-1) changes in the concentrations of understanding of IGF-1 on the ICPP the diagnosis and determine the efficacy of value. Method: 1. Treatment of precocious puberty in girls is divided into the ICPP group of 43 cases, 30 cases of simple early breast development (simple prematurethelarche, SPT) group of 41 patients, select age-matched normal girls as a control group (C) 2. Comparison ICPP the difference between age at menarche and height of the SPT and group C, the girl's mother. ICPP group of girls breast development the age mother menarche age and mother Height analysis 4.ICPP, SPT group of girls gonadotropin-releasing hormone (gonadotropin-releasinghormone, GnRH) stimulation test and compare 30, 60 minutes when LH / FSH ratio, and observe the ICPP girl GnRHa treatment before and after the LH / FSH ratio and estradiol (estradiol, E2) change 5. comparison ICPP group for girls GnRHa IGF-1 levels before and after treatment, and compare the results with the normal control group, respectively: 1.ICPP girl's actual age (chronological age, CA) (8.14 ± 2.14) years, the beginning of breast development age (6.94 years ± 1.53) aged, skeletal (bone age, BA) years old, (10.59 ± 2.47) was significantly greater than the average BA CA (P <0.01). 2.ICPP group of girls for 30 minutes, LH / FSH ratio 2.13 ± 2.03,60 minutes LH / FSH ratio of 1.50 ± 1.22, significantly higher than the SPT group (P <0.01). Application GnRHa treatment after 6 months LH / FSH ratio and E2 treatment significantly decreased after treatment, LH / FSH ratio and E2 significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.01). 3.ICPP girl's mother age at menarche (11.76 ± 0.88) years of age was significantly lower than the SPT group (12.72 ± 1.49) years of age and group C (14.10 ± 0.67) years (P <0.01). 4.ICPP girl mother height (154.72 ± 3.49) cm significantly lower than the SPT group (159.44 ± 4.12) cm and group C (158.42 ± 2.57) cm (P <0.01); the SPT group compared with the C group of mothers height significantly differences. 5.ICPP group of girls began to develop breasts age mothers age at menarche, mother height has a significant positive linear correlation (P <0.01). 6.ICPP girl IGF-1 levels before treatment compared with the C group was significantly higher; six months after the application of GnRHa treatment IGF-1 levels than before treatment decreased, but still high compared with C group among the three groups twenty-two compared with a statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: 1. Partial idiopathic central precocious puberty girls familial sexual development as early as trend. 2 Special onset of central precocious puberty in girls and the mother's short stature and precocious puberty or early puberty. 3 Special onset of central precocious puberty in girls IGF-1 levels have reference value for central precocious puberty diagnosis and efficacy judgment.
