Abstract


The exterior-space of Commercial Buildings is the transition zone of large-scale commercial building construction and urban space ,is an important component of urban public space, bearing the city’s history, culture, and to accommodate a large number of people life. Building external commercial space occupies an important position in the city. So not only the transition of space inside and outside buildings should be handled, but also the coordination between the whole city environment to avoid gaps and contradictions between building and environment in order to maintain a sense of urban space and the overall sense. Meanwhile modern shopping and commercial development of the public have further consumer demand and eventually the temptation to enhance leisure function of the external space. However, the development of the exterior-space of commercial buildings lags behind the needs of the community development, large external commercial building space congestion, the chaotic environment, the security is poor.This paper describes the development process of domestic and commercial buildings, and environmental research information on the exterior environment summary, on the basis of the analysis of the function of external environment ,the summary of environment state ,combined with psychological characteristics of human behavior in the external environment, coming the human nature principles of environmental design, and proposing the design strategy of commercial buildings of various elements of the external space environment, trying to create external environment of commercial buildings in line with psychology of human behavior, strengthen the business climate and prosperous business to ensure the integrity of the urban environment.
