Abstract


Research facing the era of huge amounts of data , bioinformatics came into being as an emerging discipline . 1995, the U.S. Human Genome Project , a five - year summary report put forward the concept of bioinformatics , that contain biological information acquisition , processing , storage , distribution , analysis and interpretation of all aspects of a discipline , which combines the use of mathematical tools of computer science and biology , the purpose is to understand the biological significance . Put simply, bioinformatics is the scientific study of the biological sciences , computer as a tool for the storage, retrieval , and analysis of genomic information . Human avian influenza is an acute respiratory disease caused by some strains of certain subtypes of avian influenza virus . As early as 1981 , the United States that have reported avian influenza virus H7N7 infection of human-induced conjunctivitis . The avian flu virus is an influenza A the molecule type H5N1 to naming . The letters represent the erythrocyte agglutinin (H) and neuraminidase the Enzyme ( N ) , this two can cause immune response of the chemical component. Although human bird flu appears only in the local area , but , taking into account the general lack of immunity of human avian influenza virus , the high mortality of human infection with the H5N1 avian influenza virus , and the virus mutation that may arise , the World Health Organization (WHO) (WHO ) that the disease may be a disease, one of the biggest potential threat to human existence . The avian influenza virus infection is very complex , which also caused a lot of difficulties to the avian flu epidemic prevention and treatment efforts . With bioinformatics clinical data concern the H5N1 avian flu prevention work . This issue through bioinformatics computer information retrieval avian flu clinical data combined , envisioned a series of targeted experiments explore .
