Abstract

For all students, the main characteristics of quality education. To enhance the students' information literacy, high school IT curriculum standards requirements to us. However, the level of high school students starting point of difference is an objective reality, our classroom teaching methods can not take into account the differences between students. So, explore both open to all, but also teaching methods to promote the development and progress for everyone as we face new challenges. Hierarchical Teaching is a method of teaching activities for student differences. The purpose of this study are two-fold: First, explore the the IT classroom teaching methods suitable for different levels of student development; explore in IT classroom instruction to improve students' interest in learning. The main approach to the study of the subject: literature data, questionnaire, practical research and observation. Hierarchical Teaching based on students' individual differences as a starting point to individualized theory, humanistic theory, the recent development zone theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, the quality of educational philosophy as a theoretical basis, according to the psychological level of development and the individual characteristics of the different students, school scheduled to teach, for all students, and promote the all-round development of the students' goal of teaching methods. This article is made to define the meaning of Hierarchical Teaching, summarizes the characteristics of the sub-level teaching Hierarchical Teaching teaching the implementation of the principle and the implementation of the requirements put forward by the hierarchical teaching teachers.
