Abstract


Minority rights is the most important one of the original right of the protection of international human rights conventions , and on the protection of minorities is an important form of one of the modern international human rights protection , but the international community has not been given enough attention to the protection of minority rights . This paper, the concept of a small number of people , the scope of protection of minority rights regime , as well as a lack of analysis of the effective protection of the rights of minorities , benign recommendations to promote the harmonious development of society . Governments should take proactive measures to avoid the formation of the premise of \In China , the Chinese civilization harmony inherent spirit mingled with the long history of Western human rights civilization traditional convergence, will promote the human rights based era to a new era - harmony rights .
