Abstract


With the dry desulfurization process and widely used in power plant of desulfurization process residue from the ash, become dry desulfurization-nots allow to ignore the environment pollution. Dry ash of comprehensive utilization of desulfurization is imperative, is related to dry desulfurization process can be used widely in our country of an important content. Meanwhile, although clay bricks in people’s life and production has played an important role in, but following is:the destruction of arable land, not renewable energy over-consumption and appalling environmental pollution. So, looking for clay brick alternative materials or new wall materials is an urgent research topic.The experimental results of a certain power plant of hebei handan dry desulfurization ash, XRD, SEM, comprehensive thermal analysis and other modern test means, the dry desulfurization ash thing phase composition, microstructure and heat stability physico-chemical properties were studied, the experimental results show that dry desulfurization of high calcium high sulfur and ash type, including waste residue silica and alumina content is very low, and its gelling activity is very poor.In predecessors to dry desulfurization gray performance based on the research of the mechanical properties of with brick products for reference, experimental study the ordinary Portland cement and admixture of aggregate with particle grading matching the mechanics properties of brick-drying, For water added, digestive time, moulding pressure, curing process etc desulfurization process parameters on the mechanics properties of grey baking-free brick is discussed, determine the digestive time for 12h, molding pressure for 20MPa, steaming raise the temperature of 100℃, steaming time for the preparation of 10h raise process parameters. Baking-free brick appear pan frost phenomenon, is because of desulfurization ash calcium hydroxide migrated to brick-drying surface caused by carbonization formation calcium carbonate, by adding homemade modifier to desulfurizing grey modification, success in solving the desulphurization ash baking-free brick pan frost phenomenon.From the cost reduction and simplified experimental formula principle, using power plant water quenching slag as aggregate replace hold river sands and heavy slag on formula, satisfied optimization disposal system JC239-2001 fenmeihui bricks in MU15 level requirement of brick products.
