Abstract


The video surveillance system is a set of computer technology , communication technology and digital video technology in an integrated system . With its intuitive , convenient , and rich information content characteristics and are widely used in industrial production , transport , banks and other places . The video , in addition to network real-time transmission of digital video data and control technology, the development of the network transmission technology makes it possible . Network video surveillance system is a video compression coding technology and network transmission control technology as the core of a new video surveillance system , and traditional video surveillance system stability, real-time , processing speed , features, price, scalability , etc. than has prominent advantages , but also represents the direction of the research and development of video surveillance systems . This paper studied the current mainstream network video surveillance system based on the combination of user needs , design and realize a core video server equipment to the S3C2510 microprocessor of GO7007SB MPEG -4 encoder chip and uClinux operating system . The paper described the design of the overall system architecture , key technology used in the video server , discuss in detail the design and realization of the design and realization of the hardware structure design of the video server , device drivers , and application software , and is given in the last the results of a test of the system . The network video server using the RTP / RTCP protocol to transmit MPEG- 4 video streaming , video stream , to ensure that the network environment , real-time video streaming and reliability ; video module can be configured to support 1 to 12 channels D1 video input 1 to 48 scenes polling monitoring , can take full advantage of the hardware resources , reduce production costs ; bidirectional ADPCM audio communications provides a high performance VoIP services ; embedded Web server can be independently set up a monitoring network video surveillance systems and monitoring center to meet the application requirements of different scale .
