Abstract


Air missile laser fuze is an important part of its role is to detect , identify objectives, the missile detonates real to maximize the power of the missile . Laser fuze fuze optical components are installed on all optical devices, it is directly related to the performance indicators and the whole weapon fuze system performance , and therefore the parameters of laser fuze detection of optical components for the entire weapon system is extremely important. Traditional Fuze Test done manually by the testers , measuring accuracy level of operation by testers and subjective factors influence. In this set of system, we will be mechanical systems through computer software , optical systems and electrical systems together , enabling the system to automatically measure the parameters of the optical components . System's main features include: fuze components for transmitting part and a receiving part for testing , as well as lasers and detectors into the detection test . For emission components, we use a charge-coupled device method for laser beam divergence angle is measured using pulse power of the laser power meter measurements using the laser spectrometer to measure the spectral characteristics . For the receiving component , we use two optical path method , and with the oscilloscope , the sensitivity of the detector field of view , the response time and noise measurements . This paper introduces the laser fuze optical components as well as topics related to the origin and significance. Detection system then analyzes the major technical indicators and detection principle , determine the system's overall design . Then we have the laser diode driver circuit design and implementation, and testing software underlying module a detailed description and to some of the key issues in-depth analysis . Finally, the system summarized, and the future development of proposed improvements.
