Abstract


As companies become more tasks within the project , multi- project management, project management has become the focus of research areas and hot spots . Enterprises in the case of multiple projects in parallel , often between different projects involving funds, equipment and manpower resource sharing and competition. Multi-project resource allocation problem has become a business project management must address the core issues . In this paper, extensively absorb existing research based on the results for the current multi-project survey and design enterprises in the configuration of the actual issues. The content and conclusions of this study are as follows: ( a ) the allocation of resources for multi-project organization structure requirements, combined with the development of survey and design enterprises , the existing functions of the enterprise organizational structure adjustment formula for the matrix organizational structure, to achieve resource optimization configuration. ( 2 ) For multi-project resource allocation key human resource scarcity problem by packaging the project down , and to the various work packages to different resources to deal with , you can put key human resources away from relatively low-end release process . ( 3 ) determines the priority of the project priorities in resource allocation , project priorities through the establishment of evaluation index system and fuzzy AHP to solve , can be solved in a multi- project resource allocation order to ask questions . This research is a multi-project research in the field of human resources management development, enterprise management of human resources in multi-project management issues provides some new analysis and solution.
