Therefore the main objective of this thesis is develop relevant software system.Aim at the actual circumstance of each university, this system need to solve the key problem that is graduate students’ information data, and employment companies’ mutual communication of the unit data, and compatibility. Because the system of the C/S’s utilization rate is lower, and also lacks resources’ share, so on the technique, this software system adopts combine of the two modes, make the best of network resources, enhance the employment information’s value in use, it doesn’t waste information and avoid one person taking up several demand information and many person rob one requirement information, and as far as possible attain an information can be used completely, achieve utmost information share.The several key techniques of set up the system in this thesis: to analyze UML, network technique, .net technique, IIS technique and network database technique etc., the correlative theoretic of software engineering was applied in the whole process of system development, combine the existing equipments and actual circumstance, set up and achieve a graduate student employment system base on .NET technique. This system can input and update students’ employment information data, furthermore, it can be dynamic state managed, and makes student employment’s management is more careful and firmer, avoids troubles as well, so that it saves work and time, enhances work efficiency enormously. The development of system follows software engineering norm, complete technique data, whole structure is the tree form layer structure and downwards spread level by level, arrangement is clear, include nine functions application front-panel, personal management, employment information, student’s resume, related conjunction, brief introduction of specialty, employment instruction, notice, register, and then each module is divided by small functions modules. The system has a good dynamic state refurbish function, so its operation is very convenient. In process of use, in order to ensure the information date’s safety, customers are divided into four ranks: administration, enterprise information, local graduate students, and temporary customer, each rank can browse the related information. For system’s performance, it designs a navigation system, to provide useful website link.Graduate student employment information system is advantageous of graduate student find an job, enhance university’s employment rate, also make the employment work tend to procedure, fair, transparency.
