Villa ge doma in pla nning is an important content of the villa ge pla nning, and it’s alsothe key between villa ge system pla nning and villa ge construction pla nning. With thedevelopment of China’s urban and rural co-ordinating and the new countryside construction,the villa ge doma in pla nning are growing more and more attention among scholars.However, due to the imperfections of urban and rural pla nning system, the villa ge doma inpla nning lake the targeted theories to guide and technology to support. Therefore, theresearch on the core content system of villa ge doma in pla nning and its related issues are thekey elements to new countryside construction.This paper carries out system resarch on the content system of villa ge doma inpla nning. The central contents are as follows: fully summed up the domestic andinternationa l research and practice in villa ge doma in pla nning, according to the regiona ldifferences of China’s rural socio-economic development and the actual villa gedevelopment, with system analysis method, divid ing the villa ge doman system into villa ges ,agriculture, infrastructure, economy, socia l 5 subsystems, taking the "build ing the conceptof common values in rural’ as the core of the villa ge doma in pla nning, this thesis constructsof five content systems of villa ge doma in pla nning, including development of strategicpla nning, union villa ge pla nning, spatial distribution and organization pattern, supportfacilities pla nning. It also puts forward interpreta tion about every subsystem in detail.Based on the system framework constructed, the paper conducted in-depth research ofthe union villa ge pla nning and spatial la yout of the villa ge fields and models oforganization. Union villa ge pla nning is the key to solve the problems of villa ges adjustment,merge, retain, and the pla nning of centralized rural communities. The structure of villa gedoma in can be divided into different modes such as circle-type la yout, blob-style, freestyle,encla ve-type, and so on.Finally, selecting Taolin villa ge in Yangzhou as a case of empirica l study, the thesisexplores the theoretica l applica tion of villa ge-level region pla nning.
