Abstract

Semi-rigid connections steel frame filled reinforced concrete shear wall structure is a new structure , the integration of two structural steel frame and shear walls advantages of small earthquakes under great lateral stiffness of the structure , earthquake lower beam column connections have a greater ability to rotate , with a wide range of applications, is the ideal choice for seismic structure . The architecture of the horizontal force, the role of the concrete shear walls , steel beams will generate a lot of tension, have a greater impact on the connection performance . Right moment , axial tension joint action four angles semi-rigid connection performance studies have not been seen in the literature , the mechanical properties and the destruction of their understanding of the mechanism is far from enough , the paper moment , under the action of axial force beam four angles connectivity study has theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, three-dimensional nonlinear ( materials, geometry and state nonlinear ) finite element method for beam-column connections are unidirectional four angles load analysis, all components have set up the contact surface contact elements reflecting boundary condition . In the finite element results with the test results comparing validated, systematic analysis of 65 specimens finite element , the resulting pure bending connection initial stiffness , flexural capacity and moment - rotation relationship with existing simplified theoretical curve values were compared to verify the applicability of existing simplified formula . Based on this paper, finite element analysis results, the bending moment , under the action of axial tension connection's initial stiffness, flexural capacity and moment - rotation curves simplified calculation method . Finally, in the concluding remarks based on the work proposed to be further studied .
