Abstract


Qiankun E-commerce Service is specialized in providing associated services to dealers who sales online. Online-sales market developed very rapidly recently. The users on the eBay market have been more than two hundred million. The number of user on the Taobao, the biggest C2C online market in china, has reached nineteen million. Now there are many websites where you can sale or buy, like eBay, Yahoo!, Amazon etc. Many professional or unprofessional sellers deal with international business on these platforms. As for Chinese sellers, they have more difficult to do an international business. For example, it is very difficult to withdraw money from their PayPal accounts because of the Exchange Controls. And there are also other problems, such as high logistics cost, export drawback etc. This project provides solutions to solve the above mentioned problems.This business plan introduces the Qiankun’s project from five aspects; they are project introduction, market analysis, risk and countermeasure, marketing, finance analysis. In the first chapter we related the project in detail. It includes four main pats, logistics service, finance service, consulting service, Qiankun E-commerce Management Platform. In addition we also deal with on-line sale by self-support or act as an agent. In the second chapter we analyzed the whole situation of the B2C and C2C market, and also the market opportunity and competition status of each business area of this project. In the third chapter we discussed the main risk of the project and the related countermeasure. The fourth chapter is a marketing plan for this project. In the fifth chapter we analyzed the cost and profit of this project, estimated the required capital of the project.This business plan has been operated since two year ago partly and gets a good result. So we have reason to believe, Qiankun E-commerce Service will have a bright perspective at a rapidly developed market.
