Abstract


Benefits satisfaction expressed by the awareness level of the organization of the members of the organization welfare, welfare satisfaction high, said the welfare system gives individuals a pleasant or positive emotional feelings, and vice versa, said the negative or negative impact. Western business management academia in previous studies often benefit satisfaction as an integral part of the pay satisfaction, to study the impact on employees' psychological and behavior of pay satisfaction. However, with increasingly fierce competition in the era of welfare measures that are appropriate in the circumstances has been confirmed addition safeguarding life functions, also has the incentive to keep people, as well as to maintain the function of the competitiveness of enterprises, so the welfare satisfaction elements has attracted the attention of a growing number of scholars and entrepreneurs, managers. In the study of the impact of pay satisfaction, job burnout is a result of the variable of concern. This article to explore the relationship between the element of pay satisfaction, benefits satisfaction and job burnout, aims to help business managers to understand what aspects of the welfare satisfaction will affect job burnout, what factors affect employee benefits satisfaction , so that managers can take targeted measures to improve employee benefits satisfaction, reduce job burnout, and to improve organizational performance, and enhance the competitiveness of the organization.
