Abstract


In this paper, based on information economics , of SME financing risk sharing in-depth research and systematic exposition . Given in the research context and approach to development on the basis of a review of SME finance theory and the theory of risk-sharing , the Pareto efficient risk sharing principle and its important properties . Risk - sharing under incomplete information and information asymmetry issues a comprehensive explanation from the perspective of information economics . Under conditions of complete information , you must first predict the risk allocation balanced existence , we define a necessary and sufficient condition for Pareto optimal risk-sharing . Equilibrium solution has a Pareto optimal characteristics , determine the effective allocation of risk is how the remaining allocation between the members . Enterprise , business and investors in the financing market information is often asymmetric . Signaling Games is a relatively simple but widely used incomplete information dynamic game , and can clearly explain the process of SME financing . Information economics of risk-sharing thoughts with the model used in the field of SME financing , targeted research financing risk-sharing contract contains two risk appetite of investors ( banks and guarantee company ) , and to establish Pareto optimal risk-sharing model . In addition , this article also signal transfer model used in SME financing system , and eliminate both the investment and financing information asymmetry that solutions to SME financing , the key lies in the signal transmission ability of the corporate credit and credit behavior .
