Abstract


More systematic study of patterns of variation source analysis based on continuous quality improvement . Given in the the elaborate nested and cross- model source analysis of variance based on a statistical analysis based on the general model rule . The same time , through the study of the statistical model for multivariate analysis , the establishment of the different sources of variation variance components confidence interval and given a reasonable sampling plan . Finally , the paper describes a control chart suitable for multivariate analysis model analysis and validation examples . This paper studies the following aspects : 1 . Introduced the common methods of analysis of the sources of variability , including the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods ; elaborated role model variation source analysis of continuous quality improvement . Study the statistical methods based on the analysis of nested and cross- model variation source , accompanied by examples illustrate the application of the two models in the actual quality management ; variation of the source is given on the basis of analysis of the general model analysis method . 3 multivariate analysis is given of the statistical model and the establishment of a confidence interval for the variance components based on three different sources of variation . The use of computer simulation and graphics processing visually shows the relationship between sample size and the length of the confidence interval , so as to give a reasonable sampling plan to improve the accuracy of the estimates for sources of variation . Given in the study of traditional Shewhart control charts based on multivariate analysis model - based control chart control limits method to improve the accuracy of control for the process of the main sources of variation .
