Abstract


Based on current world industrial transfer special economic environment and inside China 's industrial structure adjustment , combined with the current development of China 's coastal ports and port industries , port industrial zone to undertake several angles from the distribution of productive forces , economic and industrial clusters the foreign industrial transfer has unique location advantage. Port industrial zone become an ideal location for the transfer of foreign industry , driven by its downstream industries to the port pooled to achieve productivity secondary focus , the concentration of economic activity , but also led to the concentration of population and technological and cultural activities accordingly , the same time, the port and its nearby various corresponding service in the industry put forward higher requirements , and thus promote the supporting construction of the port and its surrounding facilities . Near the port area of the coordinated development of the port industry, the logistics industry and commerce industry , thus pulling the overall economic development of the surrounding area , eventually leading to the port for relying on the generation of HafenCity . Contribution to the economy not only of the current port , including port services in the traditional sense , modern logistics, warehousing , port users and port construction industry contribution to the economy , but also due to the unique advantages of the current port industrial zone has to undertake industrial transfer of foreign should include the economic contribution of the port industry lured into functional and industrial cluster effect . Successful development experience and economic contribution to the evaluation method to harbor symbiotic industries reflect port industry lured into the function of the economic contribution the use of port symbiotic industrial user to reflect the economic contribution of the port industrial cluster effect from domestic and foreign famous harbor port industrial zone . The use of input-output model for quantitative analysis of the economic contribution of the port compared with other methods , and has a great advantage . Port of Shanghai as an example , to calculate the economic contribution of sensitivity coefficients and influence coefficient matrix , the results indicate that the function of the port due to industry lured into the economic contribution accounts for more than half of the total economic contribution to regional economic development , Shanghai Port has great economic role in promoting ; still is a major constraint on economic development , not yet fully play its due role in the regional economy ; Finally, the Shanghai port 's development prospects and recommendations .
