Abstract


Inventory management is an important link in the supply chain management is an important field in logistics research . The traditional inventory management only for a single enterprise , focus on optimizing a single inventory costs to determine the economic order quantity and order point of departure from the storage costs and ordering costs , these theories and methods are difficult to adapt to the requirements of the supply chain management environment . Supply chain inventory management emphasis on long-term cooperation between the enterprises of the nodes , the cost of a node enterprises directly restricting the overall cost of the supply chain , the overall performance and competitive advantage , therefore , the focus of supply chain inventory management is to establish a coordination mechanism , enterprises in the supply chain to make long-term competitive advantages such as coordination . Supply Chain Coordination Policy , strategic sourcing model and supplier development strategy proposed model maximizing deviation method to select suppliers ; examine existing inventory management and inventory decision-making the mathematical model , the proposed inventory decision and optimization methods have limitations , to solve real-world inventory of problems with certain guiding significance . Price sensitivity of demand with random demand modeling , coordinated supply chain inventory management strategy , the total revenue of the entire system improve the conclusions obtained by the model calculations , calculated optimal price discount and supply providers maximum recovery price and optimal price discounts and benefits compensation strategy is proposed for the model as a mechanism to maintain the supply chain coordination . In conclusion, the article discusses the impact of the organizational structure of the supply chain coordination strategy , pointed out that the formation mechanism of the bullwhip effect in a different organizational structure , and pointed out that the relationship between information and decision-making power in the supply chain , and the direction of future research .
