Abstract


To gradually take on global integration in the world economy today , the quality is the decisive factor in the competition in the market of manufacturing enterprises , enhance the level of quality - quality competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises , and become a top priority . How to give an objective , comprehensive evaluation , and identify the key influencing factors to take appropriate improvement measures is the key to improving quality competitiveness . This study, a systematic study of the theory of quality competitiveness , asked the key factor affecting the level of manufacturing quality management and quality competitiveness evaluation index system . After the basis of the index system designed questionnaire , and to expand the investigation of the status of quality competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in the country , collected a total of 225 valid questionnaires filled out by enterprises . Complete check the credibility and effectiveness of the original data , the use of the key elements that will affect the quality competitiveness of factor analysis grouped into four main factors ; score of all the surveyed enterprises in each of the main factors , and comprehensive score, and quality competitiveness score provides an effective method for the evaluation of manufacturing enterprise integrated quality level . In a follow-up study , were applied regression analysis to explore the quality competitiveness score and enterprise performance indicators , and variance analysis whether there are significant differences in quality between the judge divided by the nature of all kinds of enterprises competitiveness score . The results showed : (1 ) a variety of key quality elements affect quality competitiveness ; ( 2 ) China 's manufacturing enterprises widespread problem ; (3) different categories of their own advantages and disadvantages . Thus for the proposed comprehensive recommendations for improvement .
