In this paper the experiment is mainly concerned with Rana rugulosa. The research object is the two kinds of ecological agriculture models,"Rice-Frog" and "Melon-Frog-fish "ecological cultivation and breeding mode,which are on the basis of "forest-Frog-Fish "model,as a new ecological agriculture model to try.This article carried out a detailed analysis on "rice-Frog"and "melon-frog-fish"models and density were compared. The results are as follows:(1) Two models of ecological cultivation and breeding has a positive effect on soil properties, the yield and quality of rice, preventing and controlling pests.Experiments show that soil bulk density is decreased, soil porosity is increased.Compared with conventional cultivation on the yield, although there is a big gap,the production from this model meets the requirements of pollution-free. Rana rugulosa effectively controlled the outbreak of pests and increased the number of natural enemies.(2) Two models of ecological cultivation and breeding have achieved good economic benefits and environmental benefits. The maximum economic benefit from the rice field is up to 9139.2 yuan per mu,and at least up to 2612.9 yuan per mu, The highest multiple of economic benefit is 10 times compared with the control,but also up to 4 times the minimum.Especially, "Melon-Frog-fish "ecological cultivation and breeding mode’s economic benefit is even more prominent because of introducing new varieties of pumpkin from Japan,up to 20,000 yuan per mu. During the test, a number of rare birds and snakes are attracted,who are natural enemies of the frog.That is to say, these models can be increase local biodiversity.(3) Nutrient balance about two ecological cultivation and breeding model:nutrient changes are different in two different ecosystems, but the basic soil nutrients can achieve full utilization. Experimental data show that "Rice-Frog" model has increased the soil total nitrogen,however total phosphorus and total potassium are the reduced loss. "Melon-frog-fish" model has been loss of nitrogen, but phosphorus and potassium increased. Result was mainly due to different modes.
