Abstract


With the improvement of people’s income and their leisure time, now the requires and psychology of doing shopping,which were pure shopping in the past, have become a behavior of doing shopping with visit rest, recreation together.This behavior should meet the demand for family’s doing shopping collectively and social communication. Recreation Business District has not only the important functions of protecting ecological environment and developing urban landscapes,but also has the significant recreational values.It is of great significance to study the driving mechanism and relative theories of the urban RBD which is now spreading out rapidly in China. This paper, with the overall framework of"thejudging of urban RBD------Urban RBD urges mechanism’s universality principle to study------Urgemechanism’s theory to further investigate in Qingdao RBD------General space-time of RBD gradualprogress characteristic-------Qingdao RBD development countermeasure ", thinking of overallresearch and further investigate two aspects, studies the urban RBD drivingmechanism and the relative theories of its development systematically.The full text is divided into chapter 5 together:Chapter 1 is the introduction. On the basis of analysing and researching the background and others’ research results of survey, have explained the meaning of title selection. Meanwhile, did the essential explanation on the thinking of research and research approach:Chapter 2 is a theoretical foundation of this paper. On the basis of analyzing others’ research results, have launched the research in theory to the drive mechanism of development of urban RBD. The research finds out that the driving force system of the urban RBD possesses an obvious hierarchical structure, at the same time, the paper gives out the driving force system model of the urban RBD.Chapter 3. proceed from theoretical foundation of chapter 2. take Qingdao urban RBD as the background, has described three aspects of RBD driving force mechanism, and further investigate the influence factor of Qingdao RBD each aspect of driving force mechanism with the embodiment.Chapter 4. has described the characteristic of the development stage and space mode of RBD . Analyze the universality characteristic at first, then describe and show Qingdao urban RBDembodiment, in order to seek the law of the space-time of development of urban RBD.Chapter 5. proceed from research results of chapter 4, summarize the problem existing inQingdao RBD development, put forward relevant development countermeasures.
