Abstract


The content of this paper is the method of information transmission and control of fluid mechanical tests . The information includes data flow , video , audio and other information , including : data stream is divided into the flow of data between the data flow between the upper and lower computer and the host computer in the control room PC, information and communication ; test site video contains scenes information , the testing process real-time image information ; audio information includes equipment operation , voice command control of personnel and operations personnel to perform speech and return information . The data flow between the upper and lower computer communication transmission through serial communication , the host computer in the control room PC, the data flow through the network . Transmission and control implementation of the above information is based on the energy characteristics of the pump test bench , cavitation , calibration test platform . This information transmission and control technology can be applied to a larger project , the practical value and significance . The paper first describes the MSComm communication technology to achieve the upper and lower computer data communications . Between the upper and lower computer using RS-232 communication mode duplex mode the unconditional data transmission , lower machine is turned on by default . Serial communication protocol test equipment measurement data and control information call the serial communication module implements two-way communication lower machine . Followed by information network communication between the host computer and experimental central control center machine . Shared folder , set the Remote Desktop PcAnyWhere software VB winsock in the realization of the control points , and the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods applied in the on-site laboratory equipment based on actual usage . Then information transmission and control relying on integrated water pump test bench hardware . Experimental data processing , the composite digital filtering processing of the experimental data , save the collected data to excel and plain text documents , call the method of least squares curve fitting . Software system designed not only to meet the water pump experiment needs , and to achieve a real-time data visualization , set at the same time to adapt to the resolution , in order to achieve the beautiful interface , clear requirements .
