Abstract


With the development of information technology and network technology , the manifestation of the database has undergone tremendous changes . The emergence and application of network database has greatly promoted the development of technology and the economy . However, the widespread application and promotion of the network database has brought other problems , which is a very important network database intellectual property protection . The traditional database intellectual property protection mode and can not effectively protect the legitimate rights of the network database . Therefore, the network database of patent protection , can effectively promote the development of the network database industry as well as the realization of the legitimate rights and interests . Network database is a specific branch of the database , this article first analyzes a variety of intellectual property protection mode of the database contents and status ; followed by a comparative study of the characteristics of the various intellectual property protection mode , at the same time , the patent protection mode database and other intellectual property protection mode for comparison, the patent protection to make up for the lack of a variety of protected mode , able to adapt to the needs of today 's technological and economic development ; once again , at the theoretical level , from the object of patent protection and the \patent application . The purpose of this paper is based on patent search , combined with various theories of the protection of intellectual property rights on the network database at this stage under the premise of the analysis obtained the advantages, disadvantages and feasibility analysis of patent protection network database that network database patent protection effectively feasible . And , in the practical operation level , according to the relevant provisions of the patent examination guidelines and have already requested or authorized patents on network databases on the basis of the analysis put forward a number of suitable network database patent application , so as to achieve the ultimate goal of the network database patent protection .
