Abstract


PengZhen is China’s great proletarian revolutionary, statesman, an outstanding statesman, a firm Marxist, a socialist legal system in China the main founders of the party and the country’s outstanding leaders. He long-term leadered the democratic and legal construction work and had rich experience in legislative work. After the Third Plenary Session of 11th CPC, he made a series of legislative ideas, the amendment to the constitution, the leadership had formulated a series of important laws, greatly promoting the new era of China’s socialist legal system. His work involves the building of socialist revolution and socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and the wide range of theoretical and practical issues, including the relevant legislative work and improved the socialist legal system ,which occupies a considerable amount of exposition, reflects our party and state leadership the people of all nationalities. It strengthen socialist democracy and legal system building in the historical process and basic experience. These works not only solved the real problems at that time played an important role, but also guide today’s socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics and the building of the legal system still has great significance. Building a prosperous, democratic and civilized modern socialist country and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries of the faith, people of all nationalities throughout the country today is the grand goal. Peng Zhen followed for democracy and the rule of law far-reaching exploration of the track, towards the rule of law in the modern legal system on the road, we will be able to walk better.
