Abstract


With the coming of High tech infarmation age. the rhythm of our life has became fasterand faster. This surly will effect the health of our body. Sports is a dominant way to build ourbodies. Chairman Mao once said"Youngsters are the sun at eight or nine in the morning.", itmeans youngsters are the hope of our country, their health decide everything. So theDepartment of Education paid much attention on It. A lot of documents and laws.induding"the Outline of Physical and Health Education" and "The Standard of Physical and HealthCourse", have been issued on after another since 1999. There are documents indicating that.the best time for youngsters to build their bodies is the stage of pirmary schools. According tothe survey, there are more than 125 million students at school for the present time. of whichabout 86million are at rural schools. It’s obvious that. physical education work at ruralpyimary schools has became the key point of our present work. But we found in the practicalwork that the sports career at rural primary school is still imperfect. So we have to do moresearches and studies. so as to find out the crux. Thus. we can promote the sports career atrural primary schools: Tangshan. baced in heavy industry. is a economic powerful city inHebei province. its sports career, contain those at primary schools,are on the lead too.Whereas, there still are some problems. such as lack of finances. places and equipments; theshort of teachers. the low opinion of governers. and so on. In this article. by way of referingto documents. doing questionnaires. talking to people who are mutually related. We didmassive investigations and studies from aspects as follows: Such as the present situation ofphysical education in Tangshan rural primary schools; the work condition of P.E.teachers;thesituation of sports in and out of classes at present; the knowledges that the rural primaryschool teachers and students have. toward physical courses and so on. To be directed againstthe result. we put forword some advices. The government should increase the input of financein improving the installation, and the train and manage work of P.E.teachers. The schoolleaders must change their consciousness about teaching reform. The manangement andsupervision of physical education should be strenghthed. In this way. the level of physicaleducation in Tangshan rural primary school could be upgraded a lot.
