Abstract


The issue of employment of university students has become the focus of attention of the whole society . Community to explore the university students underemployment . Concerned about a number of external reasons , this article is an attempt from a new angle , that college students facing internal employment preparation angle find underemployment reasons . Job readiness and employment to achieve an important link exists . Affecting College Students underemployment inherent reason exactly what the most important factor is which , how to fully mobilize the outside world and internal factors , the most comprehensive preparation to meet the challenges of employment , is the focus of this article do research . Preparation for employment include many two main employability ready to prepare and employment expectations . The employability prepare mainly refers to the preparation of the substantive level , such as expertise , physical fitness , employment expectations prepare psychological expectations on employment . Career planning theory starting from the Human Resource Management , based on the actual preparation and employment in the employment of university students , the four universities in Chongqing , for example , the integrated use of document analysis , survey research methods, assets from vocational self- recognition describe the thirty specific indicators of the five dimensions of knowledge , professional attitude , career planning , job actions to build a university student employment readiness questionnaire targeted sample of nearly 1,000 students in Chongqing Universities inherent ready to factors affecting the employment of college students survey by SPSS11.5 mathematical statistical software for statistical analysis of survey data and found that , on the basis of the statistical results , the importance of various factors that affect employment , further detailed comparison of the various factors important degree , summed up with the employment of university students ill-prepared in common , such as given serious about learning, solid professional basis , increase employment initiative , the widening employment access to information channels such proposals , hoping the lack of preparation for the employment of university students help .
