Abstract


College Logistics Reform in China since 1999 , the development at an alarming rate , and the college logistics services of varying quality , the lack of a unified evaluation of objective science . Universities of our logistics is an evaluation , and the community has not yet formed college students to evaluate the main evaluation system to reflect the characteristics of college logistic . This article College Logistics life satisfaction measurement designed to improve the evaluation system of the University Logistic advancing college logistics monitoring system innovation ; promote the concept of \and so on. For the the University Logistics evaluation system is a typical multi-level , multi-factor , multi-function , multi- target , multi - constraint gray system , this paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process , combined with gray systems theory gray comprehensive evaluation and gray correlation analysis of University Logistics students life satisfaction evaluation modeling analysis and empirical research . University connotation of quality of service , as well as college students ' life satisfaction evaluation model , creative college logistics service quality the six gap between model ; logistical evaluation combined college Tentative indicators using analytic hierarchy process , building evaluation index system of college students ' life satisfaction ; a colleges and universities B student life satisfaction evaluation using the gray comprehensive evaluation method , in line with the actual situation , confirmed that the evaluation model and theory of this paper , the correctness of the method ; the use of gray correlation analysis of the indicators of the two universities logistical sort of satisfaction , analysis , and provide a basis for decision-making .
