Abstract


Professional values ??( Vocational values ??) and organizational citizenship behavior the (Organizational citizenship behavior, OCB) has been widespread concern in the field of study of foreign scholars , has also raised interest in the study of the Chinese scholars . In this study, professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior concepts, theories and research status on the basis of the review , the use of a questionnaire and a variety of statistical analysis methods, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and staff professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire were investigated. The empirical results show that : first, the professional values ??of staff includes four dimensions : respect for reputation , self-development, material rewards and pleasure in harmony . Employees' organizational citizenship behavior include: proactive , helping behavior , organizational participation and loyalty of the four dimensions of the Organization . They have good reliability and validity . Secondly , gender dimension of professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior do not exist significant differences . There was a significant difference in the age of the individual professional values ??dimension ; differences do not exist in each dimension of organizational citizenship behavior . Education level , there are significant differences in the individual dimension of professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior . There was a significant difference in the type of units in the individual dimension of professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior . . The third dimension of the professional values ??of the dimension and organizational citizenship behavior showed a positive correlation , and the correlation coefficient reached a significant level . Fourth, the professional values ??of variables on organizational citizenship behavior variables have strong predictive power on organizational citizenship behavior predicted range is \. The innovation of this study concentrated in the following areas : preparation of professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior in Chinese culture and reality context questionnaire studied the structure of the questionnaire of professional values ??and organizational citizenship behavior , through empirical research explores the the relationship between the professional values ??of variables and organizational citizenship behavior variables .
