Abstract


People with the correct guidance of public opinion , is the Chinese news media 's social responsibility. Comments and public opinion play network functions, is China's Internet media to achieve the correct guidance of public opinion an important tool. Web-based social impact of public opinion on the material , as well as network news commentary own characteristics and its inherent limitations , we urgently need to understand the network and the network of public opinion reviews the intrinsic link between , facilitate networking reviews for the network to guide public opinion and promote positive network of public opinion formation and proliferation. This paper focuses on the network comment on the role of network media and network reviews for the network of public opinion both positive and negative implications for the analysis , and on this basis to explore how to use the Internet network to influence public opinion comments . Sought in a more comprehensive and systematic analysis and summary , facilitate networking media to carry out the correct guidance of public opinion , so that the advantages of online media to further play.
