Abstract


With the rapid development of the Internet , its tentacles have been deepening in various fields of human society , every corner , \Internet construction and the extent of social information has become one of the hallmarks of today's most important measure of a country's comprehensive national strength and the degree of civilization of a society . The network has become the second human activities society - virtual society called the network society . Various countries have invested heavily in order to obtain a favorable potential of the information society looming , or will not be pulled down too far in a passive information vulnerable to great effort to build the information superhighway and Internet network , but in many countries , especially developing countries , had a chance to do in-depth thinking and fully prepared in hot pursuit of some developed countries, the development of the Internet at the same time , the social attributes of the Internet and various social problems it may bring . Network without Borders , fast propagation speed and open interconnection network social pluralism , international cultural patterns become increasingly apparent . Because the Internet was born in the West , the Western culture, natural preconceptions on the Internet and , therefore , is bound to generate intense conflict with traditional Chinese national culture , traditional morality and socialist ideology . When the Internet developed nerve into every corner of Chinese society , when the network has become an important way , when it has become an important part of human society , when it touched cultural conflict , ideology and values ??of the people's lives and interpersonal conflict. All the ethical issues it raises can not help but become the focal point of our concern today . How to ensure that China 's outstanding traditional culture and moral values ??in the Internet is not Western culture eroded and digestion , and how to ensure that our country 's socialist ideology in a dominant position in the ideology of China's Internet users , which is to build a network of Chinese characteristics ethical key elements that must be considered .
