The rapid development of the automotive industry in China and the relevant technical requirements of the growing automobile production operations , production planning as automobile manufacturing , an important part of the science and advanced nature of the urgent need to enhance its development of methodologies . In this paper, combing and optimization of existing automobile plant production plan to develop processes and methods , and the development of theory and APS systems thinking , combined with state-of-the-art production plans into enterprise applications for the purpose of industrial engineering , operations research , supply chain multidisciplinary management, computer science , biology , genetics , basic theoretical research and modern optimization algorithms combining theory with practice and research methods , a more in-depth study of the automobile production plan . The first analysis of the historical development of the production planning model in the automobile industry and manufacturing , summed up the modern automobile industry presents new features focus to explore the issue of China's automobile industry and related manufacturing technologies . Then summarizes the key points of the basic theory of the production plan , focus on more practical in the automotive industry plan level characteristics , rolling plan , Scheduling , demand - pull mode of production , automobile science production planning method to find a solid theoretical basis . Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) study the basic architecture of the system , features, algorithms , given a solution to flexible manufacturing systems production scheduling problem genetic - simulated annealing hybrid algorithm of APS and ERP systems integration industry application mode . Finally , on the basis of the study and summarize the production plan and APS systems theory , the results are applied to the automobile factory instance , to tease out the general flow of vehicle production planning , production planning information system module design and use optimization tools and genetic algorithm OEMs instance production plan formulation, formulation of the car manufacturer's vehicle production plans have a higher reference and guidance .
