Abstract


DF commercial vehicle company to learn from advanced management concepts and models , positive integration and innovation , improve management and efficiency , and continuously enhance the operational capability . However, with the process of integration of the world economy , the volatility of the economic situation in the world have become increasingly frequent , the world economy of the market environment, the role of China's economic uncertainty is increasing , therefore only continue to examine the changes in the market environment , a reasonable evaluation of the internal and external conditions and company strategic DF commercial vehicle company from the overall strategic management research , in order to provide useful recommendations and management practice to its development and management .
