Abstract


With China's accession to WTO , foreign economic and further liberalization of China's automobile industry has been a high degree of development of the automotive logistics industry scale is also growing . Tianjin Port as the first country to have the right to import the car port one is an important part of the automotive logistics . But the current automotive logistics function is still relatively simple , and can not meet the needs of more customers , and limit the further development of the automotive logistics industry in Tianjin Port . Tianjin Port Development Automotive Logistics analysis and the development of countermeasures research , the main contents are as follows : First, a descriptive analysis of the status of Tianjin Port automotive logistics and logistics functions compare with other major domestic auto port . Proposed Tianjin Port ongoing problems in the automotive logistics . Second , by the introduction of a SWOT analysis of the Tianjin Port Development automotive logistics analysis and study, according to the Tianjin Port Development within the automotive logistics advantages , weaknesses and external opportunities and threats portfolio analysis , drawn for automotive logistics business in Tianjin Port Development Strategy pointed out the direction for the Tianjin Port in the future development of the automotive logistics . Again , through in-depth analysis of the process of the automotive supply chain operations , downstream from the automotive supply chain for port logistics functions demand perspective , the Tianjin Port automotive logistics service functions proposed the automotive logistics functions integrated mode and automotive logistics organization Alliance Development Plan operational strategies , as well as the information platform for the construction of countermeasures based automotive logistics center , the better and faster development of automotive logistics in Tianjin Port . Finally, the future development of automotive logistics in Tianjin Port , the automotive logistics industry well , bigger , stronger, and to enhance the overall core competitiveness of the port of Tianjin , also contribute to the rapid development of the port city of Tianjin .
