Abstract


Internet - based Moot Court law students in modern distance education to build a simulation teaching practice platform in the Internet environment , improve the original dispersion teaching organizational difficulties in teaching practice activities , lack of qualified instructors and not to facilitate the supervision and management of the situation . On the one hand it can access the advantages of the Internet any time , anywhere , and students to stay at home to complete centralized online , participate in activities ; On the other hand , continue to improve the design of software systems to students and organizers provide a good practice environment, gradually enriched by the accumulation of a large number of cases and the database , both to help the teaching practice , but also a good learning resources . The main work : Law professional teaching practice of domestic distance education research and existing moot court to carry out the process of research , in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of the Moot Court and desired goals , and design a suitable Chongqing Radio and TV University open Education Law this professional / specialist Internet-based mock court system . Applications shows that Internet technology organization and implementation of the Teaching Practice of Law simulated activities , larger alleviate the burden on the students and teachers , save the activities organization costs and student car trip accommodation costs also can be easier to go to the excellent faculty participate in activities to improve the effectiveness and quality of the activities , but also to facilitate the teaching of regional radio and TV work , the effect is the ideal .
