Abstract


With the separation of ownership and separate government from enterprises , listed companies in China is mainly responsible for capital management responsibilities . Capital management is to further the value expressed by the concept of corporate restructuring ; It covers the basic idea of ??trying to value management as a red line to the system disk to consider the value of the business resources of asset restructuring , financial restructuring , recapitalization , merger, leasing , acquisition listed , hosting and other means , to eventually reach the capital to continue to add value , the purpose of maximizing corporate wealth . Capital management as a new mode of operation , the contents include three aspects : First, the direct operation of capital ; is capital operation for the pilot portfolio concentration ; Third, capital efficiency and effectiveness of the principle of the commodity business . In recent years , the practice has proved that Chinese listed company's ability to grow and develop in the fierce market competition in the key lies in whether the scientific capital management . Responsibility accounting fulfillment company in order to effectively control the duties of responsibility center and reasonably determine the duties to fulfill the economic benefits of the situation , and to establish a set of effective , timely and correctly reflect the evaluation and assessment of each responsibility center 's actual operating results of a company's internal accounting system .
