Abstract


In these years, the new and high-tech enterprises spring up frequently and take heavy responsibility of the technological innovation in our country. They are not only made progress in traditional industry but also sped industry of excellent turn to get stripe to adjust a step with structure and promote the quick growth of the national economy. Which has becomes the biggest "light spot" in the growth of the national economic. 16th National Congress’s report specially refers to:" We should develop the new high-tech industry which have breakthrough induced effect to the economic growth". Therefore, for strengthening an economic competitiveness and for gaining the lead a position in the economic wave tide of globalization, every trades of our country all pay attention to the existence development of high and new technique business enterprise very, the high and new technique business enterprise also did for the economic growth of our country huge of contribute. When we praise highly of a new and high-tech enterprises to do to the economic growth a huge contribution of time, one point should be valued highly, that is difficult financing is seriously restricting the development of the new high-tech enterprises and is becoming the aim of the author’s research of high-tech enterprise’s financing.In the passage, the author has described the general characteristic of development of new high-tech enterprises, the current situation of the development of high-tech industry, introduced the mode of financing, the comparison of financing cost, revealed the existent problems of our country, and looked the sticking points and brought forward the projects about the financing difficulties. According to the different lifecycle and the financing’s character of high-tech enterprises, then the author have brought forward corresponding strategies of high-tech enterprises.In a word , in the research of this subject, the author adopts the method of combining theory with practice and the analytical method of comparing our country with foreign countries. Through the analysis of financing difficult of new high-tech enterprises, the author put forward to the solved countermeasures. These research results are useful when the investors select the invest objects and the financing managers are making their proper financing tactics according the different lifecycle.
