Abstract


With the accelerating of urbanization and the radiating function, the passenger-flow is increasing rapidly in rural-urban continuum of Shijiazhuang. Lagging planning construction and management have caused this region with various contradictions. Therefore, exploring urban-rural conjunctive passenger travel demand and optimizing passenger service system are beneficial to facilitate the residents travel and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.To comprehensively master trip rules of residents in rural-urban continuum of Shijiazhuang. show clearly direction to service quality improvement, investigation and analysis on resident trip in rural-urban continuum of Shijiazhuang was carried out with the method of questionnaire. The investigation content, investigation method choice, the decision of investigation way and sampling rate were simply introduced, then, survey data such as passenger basic attribute, trip characteristics of residents, service effect and so on were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 software package.To enhance the effectiveness of industry management and improve passenger trip satisfaction degree, the significance of affecting influencing factors of passenger system service were evaluated. This article has selected evaluation indexes from the angles of meeting passenger transportation demand and the sustainable development, set up hierarchical structure model, among them 2 first grade indexes,10 second grade indexes, obtaining importance ranking of affecting factors based on the improved analytic hierarchy process. Which is beneficial to make rational use of limited financial and material resources, enhance effectiveness of industry management, improve passenger transportation satisfaction.According to the principal contradictions between supply and demand as well as importance ranking of affecting factors. some suggestions are proposed such as pushing forward town-country public traffic integration, increasing transit network density, setting up transfer hub and optimization of traffic organization.
