Abstract


With the development of the globalization of the world economy , as well as the acceleration of the process of China 's market economy , China's basic industries , especially the steel industry faces competition increasingly fierce , the original enterprise system contradictions and conflicts with the law of the market economy is gradually revealed out. From internal and external environment and many other factors , particularly serious and troubled by cold rolling industry as an emerging industry . Cold-rolled companies need to create their own competitive advantage , cultivating their own core competitiveness , in order to bail out . For much of the cold rolling industry core competitiveness at home and abroad , which brought great difficulties to our cold-rolled business judgment and enhance their core competitiveness . This article is based on the purpose of improving this situation , drawing on theoretical and empirical research of scholars on the core competitiveness of enterprises , and take advantage of their years in the cold rolling industry experience and a lot of market research , analysis of cold - rolled industry development status and the advantages and disadvantages , cold rolling industry core competitiveness to evaluate the model . Cold competitiveness of enterprises in China lack knot disease by case analysis to identify and nurture measures . The thesis is divided into seven chapters . First chapter is the introduction , mainly related to the issues raised , the practical significance of a brief description of the research results at home and abroad as well as this article ; second chapter on the theory of core competitiveness : the third chapter of our cold-rolled industry environment analysis ; first chapters focus for the full text of the proposed evaluation model of the cold-rolled core competitiveness of enterprises ; fifth chapter illustrates the results were analyzed ; Chapter VI summarizes the ways to cultivate and enhance the cold-rolled core competitiveness of enterprises .
