Abstract


The normal project management method of fixed assets investment for science, technology and industry for national defense is developed with the economic administration revolution, which experience changes from planed economy to open door policy. But with the development of market economy in China the shortage of normal project management method becomes more serious, and can’t release only by technique method. Depending on the rule of socialization and specialization the solution for the conflict comes from more deep technique revolution, developing creative management system, which can work well throughout the project construction process and becomes more efficient system to achieve the goal of management efficiency. The purpose of science, technology and industry for national defense’s fixed assets investment is to advance the standards of whole industry, to improve the weapon system, to insure the security and unification of our nation.The management system of agent construction is a creative work for science, technology and industry for national defense which can achieve the requirement of investment, construction, management and function. But for the reason of little research on agent construction method and lack information of agent construction management experience in other countries the generalization of agent construction management is limited.In this paper the author first discussed the shortage of normal project management method of fixed assets investment for science, technology and industry for national defense, and specified that the normal project management method need to be improve immediately. Secondly the author gave the examples of agent construction in foreign countries. Then the author analyzed the characteristics of investment project, the normal management method and the problem in real processing. Basing on the example of construction project the author discussed the advantage of agent construction management method in science, technology and industry for national defense’s fixed assets investment project, and finally gave his advices for the management application of agent construction in real project.
