Abstract


With the development of economic globalization , as \economic growth point . Meanwhile, with the rapid development of the World Information Technology and the growing popularity of the Internet , the increasingly fierce market competition , a single logistics enterprise integration have their own internal resources alone is difficult to grasp the opportunities of a rapidly changing market . Enterprise resource planning, management and expansion from the inside to the outside , and based on the core competence of enterprises to optimize the integration of internal and external resources for the collective competitive advantage . The face of increased competition in the domestic and international logistics industry trend , China's traditional logistics enterprises gradual transformation of the Union of logistics enterprises bigger and stronger cooperation in this context , is the trend. This article will provide logistics enterprises alliance between the formation and evaluation issues related to exploratory research . Logistics companies, third-party logistics , fourth party logistics , logistics alliances brief introduction, by analyzing the status of the development of the logistics industry in China , pointed out the need to set up the logistics alliance . In the common mode on the basis of the reference logistics alliance to establish a new model of organization and coordination of the enterprise as the core members of the enterprise , including different types of transport companies, warehousing companies , information service providers, logistics companies logistics alliance . On this basis , set up a set of the Union overall performance indicators and the member companies of the different types of performance evaluation index system , and further coordination between the Alliance set of diagnostic indicators . The index system using fuzzy mathematical methods and benchmarking principle method to evaluate the judge , judge the results based on the index system , the establishment of the corresponding control and incentives . The last part of the article came to the conclusion , and the need for further discussion .
