Abstract


Circular economy is faced with resource depletion, environmental degradation to human survival and development of the serious threat to the effective way . Associated supply chain concept proposed for the implementation of circular economy to provide an effective way of thinking. However, due to the complexity associated with the supply chain and vulnerability , can effectively work together to become associated with the successful implementation of supply chain, one of the keys . This article was associated with the supply chain to work together for the study, research associate of the supply chain collaborative mode of operation and collaborative decision-making optimization problems. Firstly, the concept of the association on the basis of the supply chain , analyzes the characteristics associated with the supply chain and the associated supply chain collaborative operation of motivation , we propose a collaborative supply chain associated mode of operation . In this mode from the associated supply chain collaboration goals , collaborative tasks , support for technology and support platform built four aspects associated with the operation of supply chain collaboration architecture and collection of information from the market , collaborative production planning , production processes and collaborative collaborative process to market changes four aspects of the production process is described together . Then establish a collaborative decision-making associated with the supply chain model , quantitative analysis of the waste supply is greater than demand , the supply is less than demand for waste supply and demand in the context of two different wastes associated with the supply chain collaborative decision-making problems . Through both contexts associated with the supply chain collaborative decision-making and independent decision-making comparative analysis of the two kinds of collaborative decision making context brings profits associated supply chain system , the main product output , the price of the main product improvements and changes. Finally, to the associated supply chain implementation to provide a good external environment, from ecological concepts construction, government policy, environmental laws and regulations and green technology and other aspects are proposed. Simultaneously from logistics, information flow , waste treatment technologies and the associated supply chain coordination mechanism and other aspects of the implementation of related supply chain collaboration strategy.
