Abstract


Logistics and supply chain management is an important part of the modern enterprise management , the promotion and popularization of information technology , logistics and supply chain management is an increasingly prominent role in the enterprise . Auto parts production enterprise logistics management is the modern transportation , warehousing, storage, handling, packaging, distribution processing , and logistics information in an integrated management system, communication parts suppliers , auto OEMs , wholesalers , logistics company as well as end-users of the bridge, but also the realization of goods from production to consumption in all aspects of the bond . Compared with similar international logistics majority of suppliers also at the threshold of the modern automotive logistics , the gap is still large . Therefore, the study of auto parts production enterprise logistics and supply chain management has a very important significance . Papers on the theory of logistics management introduced the concept and development stages of the definition and classification of logistics , logistics management , logistics management (including logistics management processes , inventory planning and warehouse management , handling and transportation management , and information management , etc.) described as the research object , its logistics management situation analysis to identify the companies in the logistics management processes , procurement and inventory management , handling and transportation , and information technology ; auto parts production enterprises FY company management and other aspects of the main problems : In response to these problems , the company's logistics management improvement strategies and measures , including: 1) the transformation of logistics management processes ; 2 ) based on a new logistics management processes , using statistical methods safety stock calculations ; 3 ) the use of the economic order quantity (EOQ) model to determine the order batch of raw materials ; 4) with warehouse facilities and warehouse space utilization , eliminate inefficient logistics warehouse management process management activities ; 5 ) combined with the characteristics of the movement of materials and design of the new handling , loading and unloading of tooling , to solve the security risks that exist in the process of loading, unloading and handling , improve work efficiency ; 6 ) further rectification work transportation management , reduce transportation costs ; 7) ERP systems - based platform , program management and inventory management of information technology management processes ; 8 ) the design of automatic identification technology in warehousing and logistics information management process .
