Abstract


Objective:to observe and appraise zhe curative effect of Milligan-Morgan and to disconnect a part sphinter operration in the mixed hemorrhoids whith high pressure in the anusMethods:The 40 cases of high pressure in the anus or external hemorrhoids irritation and edema or necrosis hemorrhoids.All the case were adopted Milligan-Morgan and to disconnect a part sphinter operration Observe the postoperative pain,the bleeding rate,theretention of urine,the edema of annal,the infection rate,the length of the healing time and the anal functionResults:38 cases were cured,2 cases were improved,no case was inefficacy.12 patients had middle-grade,no patient bleeding too much,10 postoperative emiction,1 patient was planted catheter,2 patients had edema of anal.No massive haemorrhage taked place The anal function was betterConclusion:this operation had the excellence of dependable curative effect,few syndrome,simple operation.avioded the straitness of anal, alleviated the postoperation pain,and recurrence.
